A Lot of Growth for a Little Man

It's been a big month for el Jackson or le Jackson, as we now call him. He's running his parents and himself ragged. He's learned how to open doors. He also has started to throw things, which is great for everyone. He's swimming.
Here are a few other things he's been up to:

He's developed a real flamboyant technique on the piano

and a tender touch on the uke,

and it's not easy to always look your best for the camera.

And he's starting to walk,

and he's learning to read,

and learning to fold dish towels,

and he figured out how to balance on his grandpa's groin,

and he swims almost every day now,

and he's gotten very good and shaking his ass,

and peeing in the pool (trust me, I was there),

and once his grandma saw how much he (and she) liked toweling him off, he got a few good rub downs,

and then he went to Africa

on a safari

and all of that makes a man tired.

this was going to be the end of the post, but Jackson just outdid himself, so here's a few more for you:

First he hogged down a meal

and then fed his momma

then he ate his book (granted it's a book about fruit)

then he wolfed down a bagel

now full, he played the big piano

and then, he did it, for the first time, he stood, and like the best nature photographers, we caught it

and then we changed him, and he did it again, and we caught it

and then we caught it again

and, at least for his parents, the novelty didn't wear off

and still hasn't...
